Description
This O-ring is designed to create a watertight seal at the seal plate/bracket of select Pentair pump models. It helps prevent water leakage around the motor’s seal plate, ensuring reliable pump operation and prolonging the life of internal components.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits Pentair Pinnacle and SuperFlo inground pool pumps.
- Also compatible with certain Sta-Rite SuperMax pumps and Pentair Tagelus filter models requiring the 355619Z seal plate gasket.
- Used when the seal plate is removed for servicing or when you detect water seepage or leakage at the bracket area.

Installation Notes
Shut off power to the pump and relieve system pressure. Disconnect the motor bracket and remove the old O-ring and any residue from the groove. Clean the sealing surface thoroughly. Install the 355619Z O-ring in its correct groove, ensuring no twists or kinks. Re-assemble the bracket, torque to manufacturer specifications, and restore power. Monitor for any leak around the seal plate during the next startup.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the seal plate O-ring annually during your pump service or if you notice seepage at the bracket seam. Lightly lubricate with a pool-safe silicone lubricant before re-assembly. Replacing the O-ring when worn helps maintain proper pump sealing, reduces water intrusion, and avoids premature bearing or seal failure.
