Description
A comprehensive internal manifold replacement kit for 400,000 BTU pool heaters. Contains all necessary components to rebuild or restore the internal manifold assembly and restore the heater to full operational integrity.

Installation Notes
Shut off power and the fuel supply to the heater. Drain and isolate the water plumbing. Remove the heater access panels and old manifold internals. Clean mating surfaces and inspect adjacent components for damage or corrosion. Install the new 77707-0209 kit components following manufacturer torque and sequence, reassemble the heater, refill and purge the system, then restore power and gas. Monitor for proper ignition, water flow and leak-free operation.
Maintenance Tip
During the annual heater service, inspect the manifold area for evidence of corrosion, sealing failure, or water leakage. If any irregularities are found, replacing the manifold internals with this kit will prevent unexpected heater shutdowns and extend operational life.
