Description
This internal air-bleed assembly is designed for use in Pentair FNS Plus™ vertical-grid D.E. filters to help release trapped air and maintain optimal flow and pressure within the filter system.
Compatibility & Fitment

- Used when the existing air-bleed assembly is worn, damaged, or has lost the ability to properly vent air.

Installation Notes
Turn off the pump and relieve system pressure. Remove the filter tank lid or access panel and locate the existing air-bleed assembly. Extract the old unit, clean the area, and install the new 190092 assembly in the correct port. Reassemble the tank, restore system flow, and monitor pressure and performance to ensure the unit is functioning properly.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the air-bleed assembly during scheduled filter service, especially if you notice trapped air, pressure drop irregularities, or extended run times. Replacing a worn or non-functioning assembly helps maintain filter efficiency and prolong equipment life.
