Installation Notes
Power down the IntelliChem controller and isolate the chemical feeder circuit. Remove the existing probe from the flow cell, clean the fitting area, install the new 522187 probe, reconnect the sensor cable, and re-power the system. Confirm the controller is reading the new sensor and calibration is acceptable.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the probe semi-annually for fouling, build-up or drift in readings. Replace the probe if readings become unstable, or if cleaning does not restore accurate performance. Using a fresh ORP sensor helps maintain consistent chemical dosing and water balance.
