Description
OEM replacement lid assembly designed for use on Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 520 sq ft cartridge filters and compatible Quad DE 100 filters. Constructed of reinforced polypropylene to restore proper sealing and pressure integrity for the filter tank.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits cartridge filter models specifying the 520 sq ft Clean & Clear Plus tank design.
- Also compatible with Quad DE 100 D.E. filter tanks that share the same lid geometry.
- Use when the existing lid is cracked, warped, leaking, or you are performing a full service and need to replace the access cover for reliability.

Installation Notes
Shut off system pump and relieve tank pressure. Remove the old lid assembly, inspect the O-ring groove and bulkhead seal area, lubricate the new seal if needed, install the new lid making sure it seats evenly, re-install air-relief and gauge (if applicable), tighten clamps or bolts per manufacturer specification, and restore system operation checking for leaks.
Maintenance Tip
During annual service, inspect the filter tank lid for cracks, warp around bolt holes, or signs of bypass leakage. Replace the assembly if any damage is visible to maintain filter integrity and avoid premature failure or water loss.
