We started with the Film Carrier MK1 and sought to improve it based upon feedback from customers and many years of in-house use. The Pro Film Carrier 35 has gone through the most extensive R\u0026amp;D process in Negative Supply history with ideation beginning in 2020.\u003c\/p\u003e\n \u003ch3\u003eWe listened to you!\u003c\/h3\u003e\n \u003cp\u003eWe listened to existing users when they asked for certain other features. A common request was an adjustable tensioner in the scanning cassette so that your film doesn’t “drift” when you’re advancing film through the carrier. This is preset during product evaluation during the assembly process. This makes auto adjustments in post processing much faster and provides pro-level consistency frame to frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n \u003cp\u003eMore than anything else though, we were asked for panoramic and half frame support.
