Description

Full rebuild kit for Jandy/Zodiac check valves with 1½″ to 2½″ ports. Includes cover, flapper, spring and hardware to restore proper check-valve operation and prevent unwanted back-flow in pool systems.

• Fits Jandy check valve models 7235, 7305, 7511, 7512.
• Intended for 1½″ to 2½″ port check valve bodies.
• Use when existing valve cover is cracked, flapper is worn, leak is present or service access is required.

Installation Notes

Shut off pump and relieve system pressure. Remove old cover assembly, clean seat and gasket groove, install new kit components, align and tighten cover screws evenly, restore flow and observe for correct sealing action.

Check yearly for wear on flapper, spring tension loss or gasket seal degradation. Replacing this kit early will help preserve valve life and reduce risk of flow disruption or equipment back-flow issues.
