Description

A replacement flow-switch assembly designed for salt-chlorine generator systems. Features a 25-foot cable and no tee included, for installation into the existing plumbing tee.

Compatibility & Fitment

• Fits Hayward salt-chlorine generator systems and automation systems requiring a flow switch with 25 ft cable.
• Use when the original flow switch or its cable is damaged, the “no flow” fault appears on the generator, or during routine system service.
• Requires existing ½″ tee (or compatible plumbing tee) for insertion of switch — tee is not included.

Installation Notes

Shut off circulation pump and relieve system pressure. Remove the existing flow-switch from the tee. Confirm the plumbing tee is present. Insert the GLX-FLO-RP-25 switch into the tee, tighten and secure. Route and connect the 25-ft cable to the controller module. Restore system power and verify the “flow OK” status or absence of “no flow” error.

Maintenance Tip

Check the flow-switch cable and connections annually for damage, corrosion, or wear. Replace immediately if you detect “no flow” faults, intermittent performance or damaged sensor body to ensure continued generator operation and avoid shutdowns.
