Description
Replacement O-ring designed for use in certain Hayward sand filters and DE filters. It seals the air relief valve or drain pipe port, helping prevent leaks and ensuring proper pressure retention.

Installation Notes
Turn off the pump and relieve system pressure. Remove the air relief or drain nut assembly, remove the old O-ring, clean the groove and sealing surface, lightly lubricate the new O-ring with pool-safe lubricant, seat it evenly, reinstall the nut or cap, restore flow and inspect for leaks.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the O-ring each service interval. Replace immediately if signs of flattening, cracking or leaks appear. A fresh O-ring helps maintain filter efficiency and prevents premature tank or valve damage.
