Note: Bobrick implemented a product design change in February 2023; For combination towel and waste units manufactured prior to February 2023, a 3974-85 retrofit kit (available for sale) is required to properly install a 3974-350.
For units manufactured after February 2023, only the 3974-350 is needed. If you are unsure which unit you are replacing, please note that units with the arrow cutout on the front (similar to the 3974-350 pictured here) are the current version and do not require the retrofit kit.

This Bobrick B-3974-250 convertible automatic universal roll paper towel dispenser module combines convenience with a sleek and clean appearance. Made of stainless steel with all-welded construction, this dispenser is durable and corrosion-resistant; and with all exposed areas satin-finished, looks aren't sacrificed! Capable of converting your existing compatible ClassicSeries towel dispenser / waste receptacle unit to an upgraded or different style of towel dispensing, the B-3974-250 module is a great option to change your setup without purchasing a whole new unit.
Featuring a no-touch dispensing property, the overall sanitation of your venue's restroom, kitchen or washroom will be increased. Designed to accept universal standard-core, non-perforated 800' long rolls with an 8" diameter and 1 1/2" to 2" core, this unit dispenses one towel per dispense and can be set to cut paper towels at three different lengths. This unit will additionally accommodate a 3 1/2" stub roll. It also features an optional "Paper Saver" feature that provides a shorter second sheet immediately after the first to decrease the amount of paper towel waste, saving you money. This dispenser can be powered by 4 "D" size alkaline batteries (sold separately) or an optional 6 volt DC power supply.
An intuitive LED light directs patrons to the towel dispense zone. The LED light flashes green when ready to dispense. It flashes orange when the battery is low and flashes red if it needs service or is not ready to dispense.
