Premium OEM replacement pilot assembly designed by Raypak for use with natural gas or propane-fired IID series pool heaters. The kit restores ignition performance by replacing the factory pilot burner, orifice, and electrode in one integrated assembly.

Installation Notes
Turn off heater power and fuel supply. Remove the access panel and old pilot assembly. Clean surrounding area from debris or corrosion and install the new 002003F assembly in the same orientation. Reconnect wiring or fuel lines as required, restore gas and power, and follow heater start-up procedure to verify flame stability and proper ignition.
Maintenance Tip
Check the pilot assembly during annual heater service—inspect pilot flame, electrode tip, and ensure no soot or corrosion. If flame is weak, erratic or fails to light, installing the 002003F kit can prevent frequent lock-outs and extend heater service life.
