Installation Notes
Shut off power and lock out all sources. Install the Ultra UV2 unit inline with the pool circulation plumbing in a location downstream of the filter and upstream of the heater or return line. Secure all piping connections, ensure proper flow and venting, then energize the unit and verify that the indicator lamp(s) are on and no leaks are present. Follow manufacturer guidelines for lamp replacement after the rated service hours.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the unit periodically for lamp status, clean the quartz sleeve as needed, and replace the UV-C lamps at approximately 13,000 operating hours or per manufacturer recommendation. Ensuring lamps remain effective and flow remains unobstructed will keep your water sanitized and your system running efficiently.
